Spiritual Foundations is a full day experience blending Sacred Geometry 1 and Astral Travel. Sacred Geometry will awaken the keys of creation within your awareness and energy. This portion of the day concludes with the handing down of how to create and energy temple space to live, work and be in the light. Following SG1 will be Astral Travel where we will build upon the keys from SG1 to learn and practice safely expanding your consciousness beyond your body for guidance and insight in the Astral.
